1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of Podo.app. Podo.app is a product of Mindmelters, Chamber of Commerce number 69174636.

2. Service Description

Podo.app provides software tools for podiatrists and foot care professionals, including digital assessments, reporting, patient management and related functionality.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the services. Healthcare professionals are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account.

5. Professional Responsibility

Podo.app is a software platform only. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

7. Free Trial

Podo.app may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period access may be restricted until a valid subscription is activated.

8. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Use the platform unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware or harmful software
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use the platform to violate patient privacy laws

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Podo.app remain the property of Podo.app or its licensors.

10. Availability

While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podo.app shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

The total liability of Podo.app shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
