Does Podo.app replace an in-person examination?
No. Podo.app supports collection, organization and professional interpretation of foot health information. A qualified healthcare professional determines when physical examination, diagnostic testing or onward referral is necessary.
What does the patient need to do?
Patients receive an invitation to complete the selected assessment tasks through a separate intake flow. The professional can subsequently review the submitted information.
Can I select different types of assessments?
Yes. The existing assessment creation flow supports selection of visual, biomechanical, neurological and gait modules.
What is the Foot Health Index?
It is a composite indicator calculated from assessment results within Podo.app. It helps structure reporting and should always be interpreted together with individual findings and professional judgement.
How long does the trial last?
Your 30-day trial starts after email verification. No credit card is required and the trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.

Who can register for Podo.app?
Podo.app is designed for foot health professionals and practices. Account holders are responsible for using the service within their professional competence.
Can patients register for a professional subscription?
The professional subscription is intended for practices. Patients use the separate invitation and intake flow provided by their healthcare professional.
What if a patient cannot complete a test?
The professional should interpret any missing or incomplete material and decide whether to arrange other tests or an in-person visit.
